A Climb For Change Photo and Haiku
Climb for Change: A Haiku
Sea of clouds below
Inversion layer creates change
Into which I climb
-------
About the photo: Taken on the summit of one of Vancouver's North Shore mountains, this local scene captures the feeling of growth one has when they have climbed above a challenge. In this case, a strong inversion has quite literally created a layer between the bustling real world below and the sunny escape above.
About the author / photographer: Jordan Anderson, known more for his photography ability than his poetry, has been climbing, biking, skiing, backpacking, and adventuring all his life. He is a firm believer in the outdoors being good for one's soul, and that personal accomplishments of any size are the seeds for growth.

Thanks - there is a wonderful reflection of the sun off the lens that causes a ring around the four corners of the photo. Sadly, it is very hard to see on the website...I tried to play with the darkness to make it more visible before posting, but that level of clarity seems to have been lost in the upload.

Nothing beats the North Shore mountain views. Do you have any more amazing shots that you can post?

The moment I touched the sky...
